1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website, registering for services, or executing a master service agreement (MSA) for Depo Pilot or related XpertBoss products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you possess lawful authorization to bind such entity.
2. License & Service Provision
Subject to compliance with applicable service tiers, XpertBoss grants customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize our software platform for internal depot management, business operations, and enterprise administration during the subscription term.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from our software engines, automation pipelines, or platform modules;
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to compromise the integrity of third-party networks;
- Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service activities without prior written authorization.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, brand marks, logos, user interfaces, system architectures, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of XpertBoss. All customer operational data, business records, and inventory data remain the sole and exclusive property of the customer.
5. Service Availability & Support SLA
XpertBoss provides enterprise availability targets of up to 99.9% uptime for core production instances. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance with failover contingencies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall XpertBoss be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from operational disruptions or third-party service provider delays.
